So Long, Space Neko (idk why I wrote that, it's not even how the phrase was like)

 Hey! Hello!

It's been some time since the last update. Many months, in fact. Crazy how it's been so long and yet so short. Time is weird and I'm happy it is that way. I have been through ups and downs, way more ups though, but the lows hit hard. As I wrote in my diary, 'I'm a beast that can't be brought down' or something among those lines. To which my mother responded, 'You're not a beast.' Thank you, but I like being the way I am!

All the self-reflection I've been planting has began to ripe, and it's harvest season! Glory to all good things to come, because they sure are wonderful.

Enjoying the little things, like eating a nice bowl of quinoa and rice!

Honestly it has been quite turbulent, but such is life sometimes. We have to be strong to move onto better times. It helped a lot to talk about it with people I can trust, they provide me a whole new perspective. Thank you, truly. I even wrote a poem about what I was going through—which you can read or watch me narrate—followed by a mini story for my Tales from The Spirit series. Getting my feelings out is a huge help, so I'm glad I can write more now (though it still hurts as I write this, my wrist injury is healing!)

Wrist update. I took this picture as I'm writing this post.

Healing the heart takes time and effort but it is so worth it. Something else that made me feel better was to focus on my hobbies, such as making videos, watching shows, and learning Norwegian. There is loads I wish to do, so I was very invested in doing what makes me happy.

Motivation was lacking some days. No Norwegian lesson that day, no exercise either. But such is progress. Eventually my mood was better, so I resumed by fun activities. It's important to give place to the bad feelings, too. They need to be addressed and processed.

Screenshot from Non Non Biyori. Such a nice, relaxing show.

Speaking of videos, I have been posting singing covers! They're so fun to record and edit. My mother really likes them too (she likes all my content, how cute!) If you'd like to have a listen, here is the playlist

Now, it's think it's time for my Norwegian lesson of the day. Huh?! It's 21 already?! Time blew by, wow. Well, it's Friday, so no problem! Thanks for reading this update, I wish you an amazing day! And remember: Moving on might be difficult, but if it's for a greater good, I believe you can do it.

Kind regards and hopeful smiles,

Shad.
