Have I ever talked about Tales from The Spirit on this blog? I believe not. Well, then! It is a series I started working on last year to challenge myself to write. I always thought I was not a good storyteller, but that is because I never really tried to be one. Now, I do not worry about concepts such as 'good' or 'bad'. In my eyes, things just are. I still wish to create interesting stories, though.
So now, a little more than a year later, I have a collection of four chapters. You might think: These chapters are super long, then! To only have written four in over a year. Well, well, well... These chapters are very short, actually. One-page long was the length I decided them to be. I felt much more comfortable writing short pieces, learning not to overuse words, and getting the point across without needing to write too much. This was a self-imposed challenge, after all.
Know that each chapter is independent, so it does not matter in which order they are read. Also, here is the cover of the series:
