Tales From the Spirit!

I am currently working on a book titled Tales From the Spirit. Each saturday, I sit down and write a bit. Just a bit. My main focus in Noir, but I like to work on my other projects as well.

Today I made it to six thousand words, about the size of a single Noir chapter.

I'm rather proud of how it's going!

Tales From the Spirit, or simply Tales, has something... unique

I won't tell you about it because spoilers, but I can say that I'm glad I came up with the idea!

Ah, and in case you don't know what this new book is about, let me attempt to summarise it:

The original Tales From the Spirit consists of short stories I wrote from 2021 to 2022.

 

Back then, I thought I sucked at writing. I had experience with poetry, but not storytelling. So I decided to challenge myself! What better way to learn than to practise?

 

The new Tales From the Spirit is the compilation of all those stories, plus added commentary and some special surprises I won't reveal yet. And that's it! Not much of a summary, huh? More like, a straight-up explanation. Anyway.

It might take some time to finish this book, given than I'm taking it bit by bit. But that's fine, I'm not trying to follow any deadline. I do however estimate it will be done by... maybe July 2026?

I will not hurry! You can't really hurry art.
